Documentation
A short guide to every tool. Each tool page also has its own "How to use" section.
JSON tools
Paste or upload JSON into the input panel and press Format. Invalid JSON shows the exact parser error so you can find and fix the problem.
Paste JSON and press Validate. You get a clear Valid or Invalid result, with the parser error message when something is wrong.
Paste minified or messy JSON and press Beautify to get a readable, indented version you can copy or download.
Paste formatted JSON and press Minify to produce the smallest valid representation, useful for network payloads.
Paste JSON and press View. Expand or collapse nested objects and arrays to explore deeply nested structures quickly.
Paste the original document on the left and the modified one on the right, then press Compare to see a field-by-field difference.
Paste a JSON array of objects and press Convert. Columns are inferred automatically from all object keys.
Paste CSV with a header row and press Convert to get a JSON array where each row becomes one object.
Encoding & security
Type or paste text and press Encode to get its Base64 representation, computed entirely in your browser.
Paste a Base64 string and press Decode. Invalid Base64 input is reported clearly instead of failing silently.
Paste a string and press Encode to percent-escape reserved characters using the standard encodeURIComponent behavior.
Paste a percent-encoded string and press Decode to reveal the original text.
Paste a JSON Web Token and press Decode to see its header and payload as JSON. This does not verify the signature.
Paste a token and press Inspect. Only claims that are actually present in the token are shown, alongside the full decoded header and payload.
Generators & hashing
Press Generate to create a new UUID v4 using the browser's cryptographically secure random number generator.
Choose a quantity (10, 50, 100 or 1000) and generate that many UUIDs at once, ready to copy or download as a text file.
Type text and press Generate to compute all common hash algorithms at once. MD5 and SHA-1 are shown with a security warning.
Type text and press Generate. The hash is computed with the browser's native Web Crypto API, no server involved.
Type text and press Generate. MD5 is included for compatibility with legacy systems; it is not suitable for password security.
Regex & text
Enter a pattern, flags and a test string, then press Test to see every match highlighted along with the total match count.
Pick a pattern type such as email, URL or phone number to get a tested regular expression you can copy into your code.
Paste the original and modified text, then press Compare to see added and removed lines highlighted.
Date & time
Enter a Unix timestamp to convert it to a date, or pick a date to get its timestamp in seconds and milliseconds.
Enter an epoch value, choose seconds or milliseconds, and press Convert to see the UTC, local and ISO representations.
Fill in minute, hour, day, month and weekday fields to generate a standard five-field cron expression with a plain-language explanation.
Developer tools
Paste a SQL query and press Format to place major keywords such as SELECT, FROM and WHERE on their own lines.
Paste YAML and press Validate to catch common issues such as tab characters and inconsistent indentation.
Paste XML and press Format to validate it and produce a readable, indented version.
Paste HTML and press Format. The input is treated strictly as text and is never rendered or executed on the page.
Paste CSS and press Format to break rules and declarations onto separate, indented lines.
